We have found that you cannot print directly from Design to some HP printers; our current theory, based on the information we have collected so far is that this problem occurs with our application and not some others because of the vast amount of data that must be sent to the printer. This in conjunction with HP printer drivers and Windows 7, 8 and 10 64-bit operating systems is preventing the print job to reach the printer successfully.
In the meantime you will need to save the file in Adobe PDF format from our DS|Design application or use CutePDF and print the PDF. Here are some instructions for CutePDF if you need to use it to print using the different bounds: https://www.cutepdf.com/Support/faq.asp
